Rising from the aftermath of the Palisades fire, the home pays homage to what was lost while looking confidently ahead. The design draws on the memories of the original home, desgined by Harold W. Levitt, while reinterpreting them through a contemporary lens that emphasizes light, resilience, and connection to the landscape. The plan is organized around the existing pool—the sole surviving element of the previous home—which becomes both a physical and symbolic anchor for the new design.
