Restoration of a 1920s Spanish Colonial Revival building with a new residential addition, accessible rooftop, and garden space. The new addition is set back from the existing to respect the historic building and create a communal rooftop. The skin of the new addition uses contemporay building materials such as photovoltaic panel arrays and perforated metal screens.
